PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES FAQ

1.  What types of photography do you do?

I specialize in Professional portraiture, Business headshots, Commercial, E-Commerce, Events

2. Do you edit the photos?

Certainly! Portraits and headshots are meticulously retouched to ensure a flawless, natural appearance, free from blemishes. Event, lifestyle, and product photography images undergo light editing, focusing on basic colour correction and white balance adjustments.

3. How will the photos be delivered?

Images are delivered via a private password protected gallery which is going to be available for 30 days. Please ensure you download your images within this timeframe.

4. What if I want more  photos than there are in the package?

Extra digital photos can be acquired at a rate of £15 per image. For larger quantities, custom quotes are available upon request.

5. Where will the photoshoot take place?

The photoshoot can take place either on location (i.e. street, park, field, beach, office) or in a photography studio. Studio shoots are available in Birmingham City Centre, and will require an additional £20 hire fee.

6. Can I also have my make-up and hair done for a photoshoot?

Please note that makeup and hair styling services are not included in the pricing. However, I can provide recommendations for talented local hair and makeup artists upon request.

7. What if I need to cancel my shoot?

In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice – I will return a deposit where possible, though this is at my discretion based on the location and gear I may have hired to meet your specifications.

8. What if I want to reschedule my shoot?

No problem, just get in touch with me as early as possible and we can rearrange based on my availability.

9. Can I use images for promotional purposes?

You have full permission to utilize all images included in your selected package or any additional purchases. For added reassurance, I am more than willing to provide a formal letter of consent regarding copyright matters. Please note that the ownership is always maintained by the creator, in this instance myself.

10. What if you can’t attend due to an emergency?

This isn’t something that is expected to happen, however in the instance of an emergency I have a network of professional photographers who could fill in.

The Process of a Tailored Photoshoot

01 - CONSULTATION

We can arrange a consultation at a time that is convenient for you. This can take place face to face, over the phone or via Zoom – whichever is more convenient for you.

03 - GET A DATE BOOKED

We’ll look at availability and aim to get a date booked in for your photography.

02 - OUTLINE EXPECTATIONS

During the consultation you’ll have the opportunity to specify exactly what you need. Prepare yourself with images from Pinterest, articles from magazine or whatever else you think it might help for a better understanding of your vision. I’ll also advise you of the things you need to know on my end.

04 - SHOOT DAY

This is when all of the planning becomes a reality and we carry out the photoshoot.
